Alto Canto Blanco High Proof is a tequila created by Juan Reyes, distilled at Tequila El Rocio, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Valle de Juárez. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1636 with 100% agave, it is released at 48% abv (96-proof).
