Amatiteña Tequila Blanco is a tequila created by Alberto Partida Hermosillo, distilled at Tequilera Puerta de Hierro (Leticia Hermosillo Ravelero) in Lowlands/El Valle, El Arenal. It is cooked in Steel Oven (Direct Flame) and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1477 with 100% agave, it is released at 42% abv (84-proof).
