Ambhar Cristalino is a tequila created by François Thibault, distilled at Compañia Tequilera Los Valores, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, La Laja. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1608 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof), 35% abv (70 proof).
