Arette Artesenal Añejo Suave is a tequila created by Eduardo and Jaime Orendain, distilled at Tequila Arette de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1109 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
