Arette Fuerte Artesanal 101 Blanco is a tequila created by Eduardo and Jaime Orendain, distilled at Tequila Arette de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1109 with 100% agave, it is released at 50.5% abv (101-proof).
