AsomBroso Tequila Silver Eros is a tequila created by Ricardo Gamarra, distilled at Destiladora de Agave Azul, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, San Juanito de Escobedo. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill, Screw Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1424 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
