Atanasio Blanco is a tequila created by Réne Carranza, distilled at Familia Landeros S.C. de R.L. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1599 with 100% agave, it is released at 38% abv (76 proof), 40% abv (80-proof).
