Azuñia Blanco is a tequila created by Salvador Rivera Cardona, distilled at Agaveros Unidos de Amatitan, S.A. de C.V. ("Rancho Miravalle") in Lowlands/El Valle, Amatitan. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1426 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
