Campo Bravo Reposada is distilled at Select Agave Products, SPR de RL de CV in Lowlands/El Valle, Jiquilpan. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens, Autoclave (post diffuser) and crushed using a Diffuser, Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Stainless Pot w/Copper Coil, Copper Pot. Bottled at NOM #1566 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
