Carrera Tequila Blanco Still Strength is a tequila created by Mauricio Camarena, distilled at Tequila Factory El Eden, SA de CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1465 with 100% agave, it is released at 54% abv (108-proof).
