Cascahuín Aniversario Blanco is a tequila created by Salvador Rosales Torres, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A. in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Earthen Pit and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 46% abv (92-proof).
