Cascahuín Tequila Blanco - 11 Brix is a tequila created by Salvador Rosales Torres, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A. in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil, Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 53% abv (106-proof).
