Cazcanes No. 9 Extra Añejo is a tequila created by Francisco Jiménez, distilled at Tequilera Tap, S. De R.L. De C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Amatitan. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1614 with 100% agave, it is released at 50% abv (100-proof).
