Chamucos Blanco is distilled at Stone House Distillery, S.A. de C.V in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1586 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
