Don Lorenzo Reposado Reserva is a tequila created by Enrique Fonseca, distilled at The Alborada Distillery in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1145 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
