Dulce Vida Extra Añejo is a tequila created by Carlos Jurado, distilled at Industrial Tequila Group of Los Altos de Jalisco, S.A. de C.V in Highlands/Los Altos, San Ignacio Cerro Gordo. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1443 with 100% agave, it is released at 50% abv (100-proof).
