El Ateo Blanco Still Strength is distilled at Tequilana Plantations, SPR of RL de CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1635 with 100% agave, it is released at 50% abv (100-proof).
