El Ateo Blanco Ultra Premium is distilled at Tequilana Plantations, SPR of RL de CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1635 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
