El Bandido Yankee Blanco is a tequila created by Karina Rojo, distilled at Tequila el Viejito, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Atotonilco el Alto. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Stainless/Copper Hybrid. Bottled at NOM #1107 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
