El Mexicano Tequila Blanco High Proof is a tequila created by Don León Bañuelos, distilled at Tequilas El Mexicano, S.A. De C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1588 with 100% agave, it is released at 45% abv (90-proof).
