El Negocio Tequila Blanco is a tequila created by Chava Rosales, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona, Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
