El Negócio Tequila Reposado is a tequila created by Chava Rosales, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 43% abv (86-proof).
