El Rey Añejo is a tequila created by Salvador Rosales Jr, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
