El Tesoro Mundial Collection: Laphroaig is a tequila created by Carlos Camarena, distilled at Tequila Tapatio, S.A. de C.V. (La Alteña) in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1139 with 100% agave, it is released at 42% abv (84-proof).
