Elevación1250 Tequila Reposado is a tequila created by Iliana Partida, distilled at Gold Estate, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Amatitan. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1522 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
