ElVelo Tequila Blanco is a tequila created by Carlos Hernandez Ramos, distilled at La Cofradia, SA de CV in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Screw Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1137 with 100% agave, it is released at 44.5% abv (89-proof).
