Fuenteseca Reserva Extra Añejo 11-year is a tequila created by Enrique Fonseca, distilled at Tequileña, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Screw Mill, Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1146 with 100% agave, it is released at 43% abv (86-proof).
