González 1939 Tequila Añejo Cristalino is distilled at Altos Cienega Unidos, S. de PR de RL in Highlands/Los Altos, Atotonilco el Alto. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1570 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
