Gran Dovejo Blanco High Proof is a tequila created by Sergio Cruz, distilled at Feliciano Vivanco and Associates, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1414 with 100% agave, it is released at 49% abv (98-proof).
