Hijole! Silver Tequila is distilled at Tequilera Tap, S. De R.L. De C.V in Lowlands/El Valle, Amatitan. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1614 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
