Humano Tequila Joven is distilled at Destileria La Experiencia, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Tototlan. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens, Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Stainless Pot w/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1585 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
