Insólito Extra Añejo is a tequila created by Octavio and Alberto Herrera, distilled at Premium of Jalisco, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Mazamitla. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1558 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
