Kapena Tequila Silver is a tequila created by Rafael Cazares, distilled at Tequila Group Mexico, S.A. de C.V. in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1468 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
