KOKORO Tequila Plata is a tequila created by Mara Smith, distilled at Bonanza Distiller, SA De CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Latillas Waterhole. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1604 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
