La Pulga Tequila Reposado is a tequila created by Ale Ochoa, distilled at Agroindustria Guadalajara, SA de CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Chapel of Guadalupe. It is cooked in Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1068 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
