Lágrimas del Valle Plata - 2022 Palo Verde is a tequila created by Salvador “Chava” Rosales Trejo, distilled at Tequila Cascahuin, S.A. in Lowlands/El Valle, Arenal. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona, Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still/Copper Coil. Bottled at NOM #1123 with 100% agave, it is released at 46% abv (92-proof).
