Los Abuelos Blanco is a tequila created by Guillermo Erickson Sauza, distilled at Tequila Los Abuelos, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Tahona. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1493 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
