Ocho Tequila Añejo - Cask Finish - Plantation Jamaica is a tequila created by Carlos Camarena, distilled at Cía. Tequila Los Alambiques, SA de CV in Highlands/Los Altos, Arandas. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Open-air fermentation, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1474 with 100% agave, it is released at 48% abv (96-proof).
