Partida Single Barrel Reserve Reposado is a tequila created by Jose Valdez, distilled at Authentic Tequila Company, S.A. de C.V. in Lowlands/El Valle, Tequila. It is cooked in Autoclave (low pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1502 with 100% agave, it is released at 40% abv (80-proof).
