Volcan de Mi Tierra Reposado (Tall Bottle) is a tequila created by Tomas Perez, distilled at Agrotequilera de Jalisco, SA de CV in Lowlands/El Valle, Yellow. It is cooked in Stone/Brick Ovens, Autoclave (high pressure) and crushed using a Roller Mill, Tahona. The type of fermentation is Closed tank, and the spirit is distilled in Pot Still. Bottled at NOM #1523 with 100% agave, it is released at 35-39% abv (70-78 proof), 40% abv (80-proof).
